Job description

This position is part time.

Responsibilities

1. Work cooperatively with the sales and service staff.
2. Process payments, interact with customers, and maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
3. Handle receipting of cash, checks, and credit cards.
4. Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
5. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
6. Maintain filing systems.
7. Ensure all transactions run smoothly and help maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Punctuality and ability to handle schedule flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
2. Good math skills.
3. Previous auto industry experience is helpful but not required.
4. Strong communication and time management skills.
5. Customer satisfaction-oriented with an outgoing and positive personality.
6. Basic PC knowledge.
7. Ability to work nights and Saturdays.
