Responsibilities

1. Work cooperatively with the sales and service staff

3. Receipting cash, check, and credit cards
4. Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
5. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
6. Filing
7. Ensure all transactions run smoothly and help maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment
2. Good math skills
3. Previous auto industry experience helpful but not required
4. Strong communication and time management skills
5. Customer satisfaction-oriented; outgoing and positive personality
6. Basic PC knowledge
