Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is preferred.
