Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Elmhurst is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact in-store. The role centers on answering phones, greeting customers, and processing payments, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against payments.

The receptionist is most responsible for answering phones and waiting on customers within the store.

Job Responsibilities:
