Job summary

Napleton Kia in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Receptionist to greet customers, answer phones, and support daily in-store operations. This fast-paced position is critical to our customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cashier experience is preferred or advantageous.
• Experience in an automotive dealership is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance are essential.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and directing as necessary.
• Waiting on customers inside the store.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify payments at end of shift.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Located at Napleton's Elmhurst Acua/KIA, the Receptionist is critical to our customer’s experience. The receptionist is most responsible for answering phones and waiting on customers within the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and directing as necessary

• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift

Job Requirements:
