Position: Cashier/Receptionist/Clerical

We are seeking a Cashier/Receptionist/Clerical person for an immediate opening. The typical hours are Monday-Friday 11:00 am-7:00 pm, with some variation. The role may occasionally require working on Saturday and Sunday to fill in.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate telephone system.
2. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, minimizing customer hold times.
3. Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
4. Prepare sales, service, and parts transactions for the accounting department.
5. Perform various clerical duties as needed.
6. Maintain friendliness, professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency with customers and employees.
7. Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments and record the amounts received.
8. Balance tills, batch out, and reconcile credit card totals daily.
9. Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, referring them to the appropriate individual when necessary.
10. Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and other miscellaneous duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Willing to work weekends occasionally.
