Job description

The Beyer Automotive Group is a family-run business, currently selling and servicing Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, Subaru, Mazda, and Volkswagen across greater Washington DC and Shenandoah Valley at five separate locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department.
  • Calculate and process the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
  • Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise.
  • Verify accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory.
  • File daily.
  • Operate the switchboard.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Computer skills with A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Dealership experience.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Professional personal appearance.
