Job Summary

Manual posting of insurance and personal payments to medical claims. Reconcile posting batches to the bank deposits daily, processing insurance virtual credit card payments, image scanning explanation of benefits, researching and resolving unpostables, retrieving explanation of benefits from insurance websites to post to patient claims, and other duties as directed by the Business Office Manager.
