Job description

Location: North Myrtle Beach/South Carolina

Under general supervision, performs customer service work in food and beverage operations at North Myrtle Beach Sports Park. Work involves:

1. Promptly greeting all customers.
2. Consistently implementing selling techniques and upselling.
3. Properly executing cash handling procedures.
4. Accurately operating POS over the course of the work shift.
5. Cleaning, organizing, and restocking on an hourly basis.
6. Working closely with team members, supervisors, and manager.

Reports to the Food and Beverage Supervisor. Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience as a cashier in fast food or retail is a plus, as well as working with the public in the service industry or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 20 pounds), and occasionally heavier objects and materials (up to 50 pounds), including pushing and/or pulling wheeled concession carts.
