Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Office Associate to coordinate money flow and process customer transactions for products and services. This role supports customers and drives accuracy in pricing and deposits.

You will assist customers, manage deposits, refunds, and office tasks while adhering to tender policies and safety rules. Growth opportunities exist within a collaborative team at BGC.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• 21+ age for driving per policy.
• AML certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification as applicable.
• HIPAA certification required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for Western Union, money orders, lottery, coin redemptions, refunds, and equipment rental.
• Prepare cash/check deposits and maintain store financial records.
• Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies to management.
• Perform office duties like ordering supplies, assisting cashiers, and answering calls.
• Maintain compliance with tender policies and laws.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle complaints.
• Keep work area clean and safe per procedures.
