TravelCenters of America is hiring a Cashier II to join our store team in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions on a POS, and keep the food and beverage area clean and stocked.

The role requires cash handling skills and at least 2 years of cashier experience, with familiarity in merchandising and POS systems. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Computer/POS knowledge required.
• Cash handling skills required.
• Merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Process transactions on a POS register and maintain a clean, well-stocked area.
• Assist with receiving product and stocking merchandise on planograms.
• Help train lower-level cashiers on duties and responsibilities.
• Prioritize tasks according to store and management needs.
• Establish communication and rapport with leaders and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
