TravelCenters of America is seeking a Cashier II to join our store team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales area to ensure travelers are served efficiently.

Applicants should have cashier experience, be proficient with POS systems, and handle cash responsibly. Flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays are required, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) match and vacation eligibility.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Computer/POS knowledge required.
• Cash handling skills required.
• Merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Process transactions at the POS quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area.
• Assist with receiving product and unloads it; stock and organize merchandise.
• Assist with training lower-level cashiers on job duties and responsibilities.
• Prioritize work according to store and management needs.
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
