The Cashier / Host's interactions with guests and these impressions ultimately influence whether the guest will return.

Guest Service:

• Greet guests as they enter and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return when they leave.
• Assist guests who may need help.
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
• Be friendly and courteous over the phone.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Understand your responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Know the buffet offerings for the day, including menu items and prices.

Cleanliness:

• Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in setting up the buffet properly and ensure labels are correct. Clean buffets and surrounding areas regularly.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Perform duties as per the duty roster, ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.

Operational Excellence:

• Keep the cashier drawer at a low cash level to ensure safety.
• Balance the drawer with daily paperwork.
