Our franchise organization, Jax, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest’s experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Cashier / Host’s interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:
   • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as they leave.
   • Assist guests as needed.
   • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
   • Be friendly and courteous on the phone.
   • Handle payments accurately.
   • Know and follow position responsibilities for just-in-time delivery.
   • Be familiar with the buffet menu, prices, and daily offerings.
2. Cleanliness:
   • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
   • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly with correct labels.
   • Follow local health department laws.
   • Perform duty roster tasks to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Inform the manager when money in the drawer needs to be deposited to reduce theft risk.
   • Ensure the cash drawer balances with daily paperwork.
