Job summary

Starbird Chicken is seeking a team member for a guest-facing role in Torrance, CA. The position emphasizes hospitality, accurate cash handling, and friendly customer service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a clean dining area and smooth service while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

• Hospitality is a key component in this position, so you should be comfortable with listening to and accommodating our guests.

• Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs; place items on high and low shelves in office, store rooms, service areas and walk-in coolers.
• Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
• Morning and evening shifts are available. Weekend shifts are a must.
