Job summary

Starbird Chicken is looking for a guest-focused team member who listens to guests, handles orders, and processes payments with accuracy. You will help keep the dining room and prep areas clean, welcome guests, and resolve complaints while staying organized under pressure.

Morning and evening shifts, weekends required, and this is a tipped position with opportunities for growth. Benefits include a language learning program and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality is a key component in this position, so you should be comfortable with listening to and accommodating our guests.
• Ability to make change and provide accurate cash-handling.
• Ensure that the dining room and restroom are clean and in working order.

• Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
• Morning and evening shifts are available. Weekend shifts are a must.
