Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashiering, and food/beverage quality, while delivering friendly service.

You will greet customers, handle POS transactions, maintain store presentation, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, efficient service at checkout.
• Operate the POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions and issue receipts.
• Maintain shelves, displays, and pricing; ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve and ready-to-eat food/beverage stations; follow safety guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and keep facilities clean and safe.
• Assist with car wash operations when applicable; perform other duties as assigned.
