Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain working knowledge of checkout functions and policies.
• Assist with returns, phone calls, and departmental tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer when entering and leaving the store.
• Greet customers when entering the checkout line.
• Scan items and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise and supplies at the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist with Blain’s Rewards applications, Loyalty sign-ups, and BEST Protection Plans.
• Support at customer care, Self Checkout, and sales floor as needed.
• Follow all policies related to finance, safety, HR, and security.
