Blain's Farm & Fleet in Moline, IL is seeking a full-time cashier to handle checkout, greet customers, scan items, verify pricing, and redeem coupons while keeping the checkout area organized.

This role also supports customer care, self-checkout, returns, phone inquiries, and carryout assistance. Weekend hours include a $2.50 premium; full-time staff gain access to the benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, discounts, and training.

Qualifications

• Resume showing customer service, accurate transaction work, or retail experience.
• Evening and alternating-weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and manage checkout lines.
• Scan merchandise, verify pricing, and redeem coupons.
• Maintain checkout-area cleanliness and organize supplies.
• Assist with self-checkout and returns.
• Answer phone inquiries and support carryout and sales-floor tasks.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
