Job Title: Cashier

Reports to: General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader

The cashier position is essential to the daily success of the restaurant. It is a guest-facing role, often the first point of contact beyond the initial greeting.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of menu and products
• Responsible for accurate guest orders
• Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally
• Proficient in using the POS system
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawer

• Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
• Keep work area organized, stocked, and sanitary
• Willing to perform other restaurant duties such as food prep or cleaning as directed
