• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Six months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk role.
• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Idaho/19 in Alaska if selling tobacco).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends.
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier duties: open/close register, ring sales, process tender transactions, bag merchandise, make money drops, know produce codes.
• Maintain checkstand cleanliness and handle price discrepancies.
• Answer telephones and comply with corporate policies.
• Promote and follow company initiatives; manage EAS tags at point of sale.
• Assist with store accounting tasks and deposits.
• Open/close Customer Service Desk; process refunds, exchanges, money orders, transfers, gift cards, bill pay, and licenses.
