Job Summary

Summary: Operate POS, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness of stations.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in food prep including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, and support catering orders.
• Handle cashier duties with POS system.
• Perform cleaning, trash removal, and stock replenishment.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintain cash accuracy, handle deposits, and record transactions.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and serve customers.
• Stock and rotate products, record temperatures and replenishments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
