Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing foods like meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; support catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform cleaning duties; manage trash disposal.
4. Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cash transactions accurately; make deposits at shift end.
6. Manage inventory and restock supplies and food items.
7. Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for daily sale.
10. Maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products using FIFO.
11. Stock pantries with appropriate levels; record replenishments and refrigerator temperatures daily.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
