We are hiring immediately for full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

Location: Ilani Casino - 3710 Northwest 319th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assist with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash to designated areas.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cashiering accurately, maintain receipts, and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving line, ensure food temperatures are recorded and acceptable; notify cooks if not.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily.
• Stock refrigerator and rotate products using FIFO.
• Maintain pantry par levels, record replenishments, and monitor refrigerator temperatures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
