Job Title: Cashier/Food Service Worker

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Cashier/Food Service Worker positions.

Location: Christus St Elizabeth - 2830 Calder Avenue, Beaumont, TX 77702. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous food handling and customer service experience required.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; aid in catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness by performing general cleaning and trash removal.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintain receipts, and make deposits.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily and manage stock rotation.
• Record refrigerator temperatures and replenish stock as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
