We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position at Morrison Healthcare, UVA, Charlottesville, VA. Online applications are accepted only.

3. Pay Range: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Store food properly following safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
