Job Responsibilities

1. Operate Point of Sale system, assist the chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness of stations.
2. Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, including catering orders.
3. Perform cashier duties accurately and handle cash deposits.
4. Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure food safety standards are met.
5. Serve customers hot and cold items, set up and manage serving lines.
6. Record refrigerator temperatures and manage stock levels using FIFO.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
