Wingstop is seeking a friendly cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will upsell items, help guests choose menu options, and maintain smooth front-of-house operations.

We value reliable team players with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can balance a busy shift with accuracy, courtesy, and adherence to safety standards. Prior cashier experience is a plus, and a Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have food handler certification.
• Cashier/restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Process transactions accurately (cash, card, gift cards).
• Upsell menu items and maintain knowledge of sauces and promos.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly to guests.
• Keep FOH clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed and follow safety procedures.
