This position is located at the Bayside store - 42-99 Francis Lewis Blvd.

Pay Range

$16.50/hr - $18.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

1. Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
2. Handling heavy phone work, including answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls related to showroom business.
3. Calling customers to confirm order, delivery, and service statuses.
4. Operating and balancing computerized cash registers.
5. Data entry using the company's POS system and other programs to process sales and inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform general office activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, both in person and via phone.
• Experience with cashiering and computers is a plus.
