• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and assists with merchandise readiness for the sales floor
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store recovery and safety initiatives
• Cross-trains to work in multiple areas to support business needs
