Qualifications

• Prior experience in office administration or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record amounts.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Operate switchboard and answer calls professionally.
• Maintain friendly, efficient interactions with customers and employees.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
