Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Cashier to serve as the face of the store, processing transactions quickly and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle cash and card payments, assist customers with locating products, and help keep checkout areas tidy and welcoming.

The role requires 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to handle cash and math accurately and read/write/count.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and make correct change.
• Assist customers with product location and information.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and stock as needed.
• Communicate with front-end management and team to ensure smooth operations.
