Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Store Associate to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience, operate registers, and uphold store standards. The role starts at $15.15 per hour with a comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, EAP, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and math skills, and English communication ability; must be 16+ and

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Performs POS operations and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks customers for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise markings or help from an on-site leader.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers entering the store and thanks customers leaving.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Uses phones and paging systems to make announcements.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Models Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
