Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, promote programs to drive sales.
• Checkout Standards: complete checkouts, manage returns, maintain signing/merchandising at checkouts, use POS on mobile device.
• General Operations: assist Omnichannel, recovery, put-backs, and inventory, participate in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards: support shrink and safety initiatives; meet iCAP and other performance metrics.
