Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Concessions Cashier to deliver friendly, responsive service and handle guest orders with accuracy. C oncessions Cashier

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a C oncessions Cashier. In this role, you will provide a genuine smile and friendly, responsive service to guests to help create a beyond expectation dining or take-out experience. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Follow correct cash/credit handling procedures; process orders by recording order and computing bill.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized service area, including cafeteria tables and service/condiment stations using proper food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1 + years' experience in a high-volume restaurant/food/concessions outlets production kitchen is preferred or experience in a similar capacity.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Operating knowledge of food management systems is helpful.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
