Pay Range

Base pay range

$15.00/hr

We are recruiting a hospitality-focused Cashier/ Cafe Attendant to join our team. Starting pay rate is $15/hr.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Handle requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Create a welcoming dining environment.
• Operate the POS system for accurate transactions.
• Process sales, refunds, and voids correctly.
• Process credit card payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and documentation for transactions.
• Assist with food prep as needed (e.g., cutting and packaging fruit).
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food storage.
• Maintain cleanliness in the prep area.
• Be flexible and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; friendly, approachable, and engaging.
• Ability to operate POS systems and reconcile credit cards.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
