RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a part-time Cashier/Cafe Aide for the Evening shift at the RWJ New Brunswick facility. The role involves cash handling, maintaining a clean cafeteria, and aiding in a courteous customer experience for hospital staff and visitors.

Experience in food service preferred; knowledge of safety and sanitation standards is expected. Flexible hours include weekdays and every other weekend as needed.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Main Function:

Responsible for accepting cash for products sold; maintains the cafeteria and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition,

Greets all customers verbally, communication, cooperation and assistance given in clear and courteous manner to co-workers, hospital staff and visitors at all times,

Shows a willingness to take on additional assignments and/or put in additional time when requested,

Assists other department personnel in completing their assignments when possible,

12-830 p,m, Part Time

Various hours

Monday through Friday, three out of four weekends
