RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a part-time Cashier/Cafe Aide for the Evening shift at the RWJ New Brunswick facility. The role involves cash handling, maintaining a clean cafeteria, and aiding in a courteous customer experience for hospital staff and visitors.

Experience in food service preferred; knowledge of safety and sanitation standards is expected. Flexible hours include weekdays and every other weekend as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred prior food service experience
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Responsabilités

• Accept cash for products sold; maintain cafeteria and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
• Greet customers in a courteous manner and assist coworkers, hospital staff and visitors
• Willingness to take on additional assignments and/or put in extra time when requested
• Assist other department personnel when possible
