Qualifications

• Previous POS and cash handling experience.
• TABC & Food handling certified (Must be willing to complete certifications within 2 weeks from hire date).
• Standing or moving, for long periods of time.
• General knowledge of all safety & sanitation standards.
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers and staff.
• Taking and Producing customers’ food Specialty Coffee and drink orders.
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly.
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer in the service area.
• Operate POS and perform general checkout functions.
• Generate reliable and accurate reports from every POS system.
• Resolve cash tills when closing, ensuring the money matches the report and is stored safely.
• Sales reporting.
• Assist other employees with challenges.
• Maintain a clean working environment by adhering to all relevant sanitary regulations and standards.
