Job description

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer questions.
• Quickly and accurately take orders and payments behind the cashier counter and in the drive‑through.
• Work with a sense of urgency to handle long lines.
• Act as a team player to help and serve others.
• Pass out food orders while correctly indicating order numbers.
• Take catering and take‑out orders over the phone.
• Check online, catering, and phone orders for accuracy, accept payment, serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21 years old), and assist guests in planning special events.

Pay

• Base rate: $15.50 per hour.
• Additional $2 per hour for hours worked after 11:00 pm.
• Additional $2 per hour for work outside in temperatures below 33 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Additional $3 per hour for work on holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day).
