Job Description

Join our front of house team at Sassano’s in Paoli, PA. This is a part‑time position focused on delivering a great guest experience from the moment they walk in.

Schedule

• Part‑Time: 2–4 weekdays per week (hours vary based on availability and staffing needs)

Note: Sassano’s public hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders accurately at the register, and process payments
• Answer phones and take call‑in orders with a friendly, professional tone
• Facilitate order pickups and coordinate delivery orders efficiently
• Communicate guest needs and special requests clearly to the kitchen
• Monitor and restock beverages, chips, snacks, and front of house supplies as needed
• Flag low stock freezer and pantry items to the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean, organized front of house and dining room throughout the shift
• Support a smooth and positive guest experience during the lunch rush
