Job summary

GHOST VAPES INC. is seeking a friendly Vape Retail Associate to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and handle daily cashier duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Availability includes evenings and weekends, with an approximate 30-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to work in vape/tobacco retail.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently (cash, card, POS system)
• Assist customers with vape products, accessories, and general product questions
• Verify customer age and comply with all local and state regulations
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
• Handle opening and closing duties as assigned
• Stay up to date on new products and promotions
• Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
