Key Responsibilities

• As a Cashier and Sales Associate at our Vape and Tobacco Shop, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Your primary responsibilities will involve processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Additionally, you will be expected to have a good understanding of vaping and tobacco products to provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests.
• Assist customers in finding suitable vaping and tobacco products based on their preferences and needs.
• Offer product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Cash Handling and Transactions
