Urbane Cafe is seeking friendly Cashiers in California to be the welcoming face of the restaurant. You’ll take orders, handle transactions and help guests discover favorites in a fast-paced setting.

Starting wage is $18.50/hr in California plus tips (an extra $1–$4/hr in tips). Benefits are included, on-demand pay, scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth at Urbane Cafe.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and make them feel at home
• Take orders accurately and efficiently — in person and at the register
• Answer menu questions and help guests find their new favorite thing to eat
• Handle transactions with care and accuracy
• Keep your station clean, organized and guest-ready at all times
• Support the team and jump in wherever you're needed

• A naturally friendly, upbeat personality

• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Prior cashier or guest service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
