Grove Bay Crawford is hiring at Dunkin Donuts inside the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. You will assist guests, take orders, and handle payments with accuracy in a fast-paced airport setting.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions.

• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
• Report equipment issues and work as a team to meet sales goals.
• Handle guest complaints and process layaways, returns, and exchanges.
• Keep checkout area clean and stocked, and rotate merchandise.
• Scan, bag items accurately, and stay informed on promotions.
