Job Description: Cashier

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities include processing customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders, adhering to company policies on cash shortages and restricted sale items, and reporting discrepancies. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and adhere to food safety regulations. Reinforce safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications include the ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflict cooperatively, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers with diverse needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
