Job summary

Beyond Catering is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate in the United States. Learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties, greet guests with a smile, and accurately record orders while taking payments and serving food to the highest standards.

You will work with a team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with take-out and phone orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, record orders accurately, and take payments as cashier.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers to ensure timely service.
• Assist with take-out/phone orders and keep work area clean.
• Serve food meeting quality standards and maintain sanitation.

Pay range:

From $17.05 - $17.50; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions. You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
