Job summary

Beyond Catering is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Glendale Heights, IL. You will learn cashier, expediter, and drive-thru tasks, greet guests, record orders quickly, and take payments while ensuring high-quality food is served in a clean, sanitary workspace.

The role involves cashier duties, expediter tasks, and serving, with opportunities to handle take-out orders and drive-thru coordination.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle cashier duties with accuracy and speed.
• Assist with expediter and drive-thru tasks, coordinating with the kitchen and servers.
• Take orders and process payments; ensure accuracy of guest checks.
• Assist with take-out orders and phone orders; communicate clearly with the kitchen.

Pay range:

From $15 - $17; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions. You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
