Job summary

Buona in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions. You will greet guests with a smile, quickly record orders, and take payment while serving food to meet high-quality standards.

You will also help maintain a clean and sanitary workspace and work with the team to deliver outstanding service. Training is provided for multiple roles, with tips and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders accurately after learning cashier procedures.
• Record orders quickly and take payment.
• Serve food to guests while upholding high-quality standards.
• Recognize food as presented from the kitchen and ensure proper preparation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers; assist with take-out/phone orders.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and maintain hygiene.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay range:

From $15 - $17; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions. You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
