Overview

Tudor’s Biscuit World Cashiers work various front counter positions including dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier, and bagger. Cashiers provide our customers with friendly, accurate, and efficient service, balancing speed with pride in their work and respect for teammates, managers, and customers. Training is provided to ensure all new Cashiers learn the correct processes and procedures to deliver a fantastic service experience that encourages customer return. Flexible scheduling is available.

Responsibilities

• Correctly enter customer orders quickly, accurately, and friendly
• Process customer payments (cash and credit cards) accurately
• Bag and tray customer orders swiftly and accurately according to standard procedures
• Suggest additional items to customers as directed by management
• Immediately report any customer issues or concerns to the Person in Charge
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods
• Set a positive example for coworkers
• Follow all operational policies and procedures
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain punctual attendance
